eBay fee calculator Germany — private sellers pay no Verkaufsprovision in 2026

Private Verkäufer pay nothing to sell on ebay.de: since March 2023 there is no Verkaufsprovision (final value fee) and no per-order fee for private sellers residing in the EEA — 320 free listings a month included, so sell a €45 item and you keep €45. Fees only appear for optional upgrades, Anzeigen (promoted listings), or delivery outside Germany (5% international fee). The calculator above is preset to the German private profile; the country dropdown also carries the full gewerblich (business) schedule — 12% up to €990 then 3% in the largest category group, the €0.35/€0.45 per-order fee introduced in February 2026, and 19% VAT on fees via the VAT toggle.

Germany’s July 2026 reform split the business rate card: 43 categories now charge one uniform rate (7%–14%, 5% for used or refurbished items) while the rest keep the tiered 12%-to-€990-then-3% structure the tool computes — one representative tier, with the full official chart on the eBay fees page. Selling from Ireland instead? ebay.ie private sellers do not get free selling — the Irish profile (11% final value fee) is in the dropdown too.
