UK Stripe accounts pay 1.5% + 20p on domestic cards — the cheapest standard online rate in this toolset. Foreign cards cost more, in two tiers the calculator models exactly: EEA-issued cards pay 2.5% + 20p (flip on the international-card toggle and pick the EEA ↔ UK corridor), every other foreign card pays 3.25% + 20p. If the charge currency differs from your payout currency, add 2% for conversion. The calculator above is preset to the UK — type a charge in £ and the breakdown shows each line as Stripe bills it.
